You are your blog, your blog is a brand, a brand is a business.  It is with this mindset that our presentation will share helpful insight on gaining an understanding of your blog’s potential reach and influence in such a way where you can then effectively communicate that reach to brands along with identifying an appropriate rate of compensation. 

This presentation will share the factors brands are utilizing when deciding which influencers they will partner with for campaigns, including direct input from several brands.  Items such as reach, readership and engagement will be discussed along with messaging, tone and branding.   We will also talk about what it means to be your brand and how best to represent and build that online.

An overview of how to approach and present this information to brands (with examples) will be given along with some “best practices” for collaborating with brands effectively.
